Suprean court given the verdict on the issue of Noida Land Acquisition case in the favour of farmers ,it the winning not just of the few farmers of Noida but it's a winning of Entire Farming Society around the Country,because the Farmers Land Acquisition is the the biggest issue in whole country.On the sake of development and the give benefit to the few powerful people Govt Acquire the Farmers land at very low cost,which will make farmers unemployed.The land Acquire by the Govt sell it to the Big Real estate developers at high rat and make profit out of it.
Today's Suprean court verdict helps lots of Farmers who lost there lands to get it back.Around 150 hectare of land beign get back from some big Real Estate developers.Around 4000 flates beign already constructed which will be illigal and damaged soon.Many of the people who purchase the flates in those township are also in the Risk to lost there hard earn money.It happened just because of not having any strong law on Land Acquisition in india ,we are following very old law which have to be modify,so that the issues like Noida,Singhur ect will not be happened in future.
